Just Acting

Kori is at that age where she is constantly repeating everything we say and do. She copies Kassidy frequently. Tonight Kathryn was complaining about here back hurting. Then we looked over at Kori, and she was holding her back with this convincingly painful look on her face saying, "back." I asked her if her back hurt and she began to smile like she was so proud she had fooled me. I asked, "Are you being silly?" She began to laugh like she was the funniest girl in the world. She is so good at acting and making it truly believable. Maybe one day she will make us lots of money.

I need Desitin!

We always ask Kassidy for her assistance while we are changing Kori or Harris' diapers. We often ask her to get a diaper for us, or to find the Desitin and bring it to us. She knows that Desitin is used to help relieve diaper rash. Well, last night Kathryn was getting Kassidy ready for bed and putting her jammies on. Kassidy told Kathryn that she needed Desitin because she had panty rash. It was the cutest thing. She figured that since she no longer wears diapers then she didn't have diaper rash, but panty rash instead.
